About Me

A real life sandbox, where anyone can create any products of their dreams, and explore endless possibilities. This was exactly what programming meant to me when I first picked it up at a young age. Coupled with a strong passion in computer games, I soon found myself in the world of creating amazing and awesome games for everyone to enjoy.

Having worked on C++ projects for over 5 years of my life, it has become the most familiar language I am comfortable with. All of the game projects listed in my portfolio are completely done in C++ and Mono C# Scripting. OpenGL and Vulkan are the 2 most used APIs I have worked with in my game projects as evident by the rendering requirements of what the games needed.

My other project experiences include Python, SQL, HTML5, Android Studio and BabylonJS (Typescript).

Games

There's a huge variety of games I enjoy playing, as seen from my past history of hitting a 2 year Challenger Rank in Riot Games' League of Legends, completing a simple yet frustrating indie game - Titan Souls by Acid Nerve in a day or spending the loyal hours on Hoyoverse's Genshin Impact (C5 Qiqi btw).

Giving back to the community is one of the other ways I spend my energy and time on. In the photos above, you can see some of the places I have volunteered at before or am still currently volunteering at.

d’Klub is a free mentoring programme for children from disadvantaged families who live in the communities of the d’Klub centres. As a volunteer, I work with kids to provide tuition and character building sessions to them on a weekly basis. These kids look up to the volunteers as close friends they can talk to and trust whenever they need help in their lives.

Code in the Community (CITC) is Singapore’s largest free coding programme for kids from disadvantaged backgrounds. As an instructor, I introduced and taught coding to many of these kids and helped them create their very own project in Scratch & Python.
